Clear Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Air Tickets: Air ticket is not refundable once issued.
Amendment requests will be handled per case basis, amendments depend on flight availability.
Amendment charges will apply as per airline conditions, UTM fees will be added on case by case basis.
Hotel Bookings: Bookings can be cancelled/ refunded only as per policy from suppliers, hotels and online systems.
Cancellation policies are given to customers per case basis.
Cancellation/Amendment charges will apply as per airline conditions, UTM fees will be added on case by case basis.
No shows are non-refundable.

Delivery Information

All air ticket, hotel bookings and other tourist services will be delivered via e-ticket, which is sent to the customer's email address.

Products: Airline tickets, Hotel Bookings, Private Jet Charters, MICE, Cruises, Transfers, Tours.
